POST INFORMATION

VFW Post 1038 is a veterans service organization near Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.  Chippewa VFW Post 1038 was chartered on October 17, 1931 (short history), and has been in continuous service to local veterans and the community since that time.  Currently, there are about 150 members in the Post.  Approximately 94% are Life Members.
 
We have two meeting nights per month on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays at 7 p.m.

Post 1038 is affiliated with the Chippewa Falls Patriotic Council to promote patriotic values in the community and to provide military grave site honors for deceased veterans.

March 10th - Women Veteran Leaders: Continuing To Serve

In celebration of Women’s History Month, join the War Memorial Center, in partnership with the Milwaukee VA Medical Center’s mental health team, for our “Continuing to Serve” panel in support of Operation 30:20. The panel will feature four female veterans, discussing their transition to civilian life and how the military influenced their paths to leadership.
